Can't sign up
Apps keeps directing me to instal axa sg, unabling me to sign up to axa.
Watch out, this is a scam company, after they got the payment, they never reply my email, they answer calls but never follow up or reply, two month have pass and still nothing done
I paid my policy but not presented in the app. Then I was not covered for 4 months, but charged in full, because of the error in their payment system.
Can't even register new account... Always stuck at the same page after clicking 'register'

stupid App, I can't make claim since the calendar is always automatically set to current month. They already got a lot money from insurance,why they don't want to hire better product development team to improve this app.
Agree with the others. Its a letdown and embarrassing app to have. App hangs when click register button.
Can't log in
Unable to login through apps. But can login is successful on website. What happen to the server synchronisation? As i read all negative comments about this app. Is there any improvement has been done?
